1. Scope
These terms apply to coach hire, transfer, excursion and transport services provided by AUSTRIAN INCENTIVE SERVICE GmbH under the Austria Bus website brand. Different terms agreed in writing take precedence.
2. Quotations and contract formation
Quotations are based on the information supplied: route, dates, timings, passenger count, travel days, bus size, luggage and special requirements. A contract is formed only through written confirmation. A form enquiry alone is not a booking.
3. Scope of services
The confirmed quotation defines the service. Changes to routes, timings, stops or stays may cause additional costs, including distance, driver and waiting time, overnight stays, tolls and parking. Statutory driving and rest periods must be taken into account.
4. Prices, payment and additional costs
Unless stated otherwise, prices cover the service described in the quotation. Additional services not included may be charged separately, including further stops, longer operating times, parking and city entry fees, tolls, ferries, driver accommodation and official charges.
5. Client responsibilities
The client supplies complete and accurate travel information and informs the group about departure times, meeting points and conduct. The client ensures passengers arrive at the agreed departure point on time.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing. The quotation or booking confirmation sets the applicable cancellation conditions. Costs already incurred and services firmly booked may be charged to the client.
7. Vehicle allocation and subcontractors
Equivalent vehicles or suitable partner operators may be used provided this does not materially impair the agreed service.
8. Force majeure and traffic conditions
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure, traffic disruption, border queues, weather, road closures and official orders.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
