When you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to handle the enquiry and follow-up questions. This includes your name, organisation, contact details, messages, route, dates, group size and transport requirements. Form submissions are stored on this website. Submitting a form does not create a booking or payment. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps or contract performance, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Render in the Frankfurt region. Form data is stored there and sent to our business email address via checkdomain to handle your enquiry. Technical access data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and operating system may be processed to operate the website securely and reliably.
Cookies and external services
The website has no embedded marketing or analytics tools and no newsletter. Technically necessary functions and session data may be used to operate or access the website. Google Maps and WhatsApp open only when you actively follow their links; the respective provider’s terms and privacy information then apply. Maps are not loaded automatically.
